Hard to be happy and have "fun" when the majority of people in this planet spend the majority of their life working. All simply to provide a roof over their head thats getting more unaffordable by the years and have sustanance in their belly. The remaining few sprinkle of free time is needed to recover energy lost, being sick, cleaning, taxes etc. Not to mention if you are born in a third world country where basic ammenities and constant suffering can be seen on a daily basis. We human beings still treat each other with toxicity, I wish kindness is a more common trait. Once all that is fixed… maybe Ill think about "fun"

Easier way to have fun is to have/develop midset to try new and diffrent things, being open to ideas, learn through trial and error. It makes sense, because when we try different things we need to constantly adapt to new circumstences, what make us learn how to adabt and adapt in that moment when we have fun. Our body want us to survive and adapt, so it gives US signals to do things like play, connecting to others, downtime (rest and relax) that make us more adapted. Fun is about diversity. Little changes in our routines can make us feel present, time will be more memorable. Trying new and diffrent things also make us feel that we want to connect with other (thanks to oxcitocine that is produced during fun). When we have fun (midset to try new and different things/play) we adapt to cirtumscances like we are alone or feel alone, and fun make us feel conected and not alone and we feel that we want talk to someone. Fun also make us learn to practice creativity, because during fun we think about trying ideas and implementing them (definition of creativity). And when we develop that mindet of fun and our creativity will grow we start to feel exited about plenty of ideas that comes to our mind and we will try them, without worrying about if it is perfect or not. Fun build in us self confidence, because we learn how to try different strategies, learn through trial and error (learn our abilitiy to improve and convition of it). Confidence definition (Ted 3 ways to build your self confidence) – when know that we have ability to improve you will feel the excitement knowing that whatever the result you will have gained better knowledge and understending. This is confidence.
Learning to try new and different things and creativity are not easy, because we dont have that much ideas in our mind or we fear how other will see us, but we can begin by doing little changes in our routine, so we do something that our brain cant predict and he must adapt to it. After two years of midset to trying new and different things i can make everyday feels exciting, fun (i am more creative, many ideas comes to my mind) , and fun learn us to solve problem so everything its easery for me right now that past two years, and i know how to try different things so i implement ideas to new envirounment like school or work, to see what works for me and what not, so i '' grow'' at school or work (become better) . I Also train my ability to Focus like She said in video, (I refocus on one thing over and over again), so everything feels deeper. Fun make us feel like like Kids again, exited, energized, conected to others, optimistic that we know how to adapt and become better, not afraid of failure (we learn from them), without adictions to junk technology (everything that not leads to create, connect, or improving our healths like rest), deppresions (After having fun for long period of time Day by Day for some People IT May be year or longer our brain changes, because their needs are fulfilled and we dont feel symptom of depression) and anxiety (perfectionizm, caring about the result rather than learning, trying different strategies). I hope it will help someone :).
