I came here bc i just started ww this week and want some help (so thank you!) . I was so hungry so I started tracking the calories for each day to just see and i was eating under 1150 while eating all 27 pts…which is NOT what i want and i never thought that was what ww was about so i was/am confused. I am going to start eating more zero pt foods
So i eat more to add calories. I dont want to hurt my metabolism.

I love this video and am so glad I found you! I never have loved the fake sugar and always feel the real stuff was better, in moderation that is. I would rather have that’s extra calories or points than use the fake stuff and now feel better about it.

Thank you for this video!!! I went from being fit and healthy to being fatigued and gaining a lot of weight. My thyroid was functioning at 20% when they discovered cancer and completely removed it. Seems like everybody is stuffing down all of these processed and fat free junky zero points foods ( that I really don't want to eat in my diet). So thanks for great info. New subscriber here! 🙂

I think the first time around, I eliminated things that I loved (bread)…and tracked too strictly. It wasn't sustainable. This time around I am focusing on more filling foods – my zero points…sweet potato/potatoes….some proteins…fruit and veg. Love watching your videos from Nova Scotia, Canada.
