Operation Lockstep
How it in India? Take it from an Indian who lives in a city that has a really high positivity rate (Bengaluru), not great. Sure, the deaths are low, but it is still the third-highest in the world after the US and Brazil. And there is a real lack of awareness going around. People don't even wear masks in crowded areas, most don't even wash their hands, they touch their faces in crowds, you name it.
Haven't been to the other cities yet, but I have friends in Pune, the city which has the most number of cases, and it is the same situation there as well.

in Qingdao China, they tested 11 million in 5 days, no other country tests a whole city in 5 days even when there was only 13 cases, the only way to beat Covid is to act quickly.

The key for China's success – identify and quarantine the sick people, FAST. After 7 months, Europe and US are still not able to do this. Lockdown is NOT the solution, it only buys some time.
