Faro Zar says:

“The outer, physical causal factor in disease,
however, is a disturbance in the balance, the
proportionate equilibrium of all those elements
of which the human body is composed. ……

For example, the starch component must be
present to a given amount, and the sugar to a
given amount. So long as each remaineth in its
natural proportion to the whole, there will be no
cause for the onset of disease. When, however,
these constituents vary as to their natural and
due amounts — that is, when they are augmented
or diminished — it is certain that this will provide
for the inroads of disease”.

BUt…our ancestors didn't have global trade, and so access to fruits seasonal at different times in diff parts of the planet. That said, even local seasonal fruits AND some vegetables are marketed pre ripened and so pre nutrient in order to have a longer shelf life. Rare is the fruit for purchase that has reached it's potential for sweetness and so ripeness, and so nutrient density. I don't know how many years it's been since I bought a sweet peach, or a tart/tangy tomato. Even farmer's markets are displaying unripened produce now in order to sustain shelf life. Peaches will rot from the inside out rather than ripen sitting on the shelf.

Blessed American says:

I always suffered from a very bad temper. It was not until I stopped eating sugar that my terrible anger went away. If I eat anything with sugar, etc. in it, I immediately get very angry. It was such a relief to finally figure out what was causing me to get so angry. It also makes me wonder about how sugar is processed.
