I love Intermittent Fasting :). It's the easiest way for me to lose weight. My hours are slightly different than 12-8 PM. I stop eating at 6 PM as a hard rule.

has IF affected your breastfeeding journey with London? I was doing IF for 3 years and lost over 40lbs and kept it off, but was discouraged by medical professionals during pregnancy. I'm now 36 weeks pregnant, 50lbs+, and would like to restart IF again but I have some hesitation bc I don't want it to have any effect on my breastfeeding. What are your thoughts? okay i had to pause just now when you said two weeks on, two weeks off for working out… that used to be my work out style due to laziness and inconsistency… this is also when my body was at its slimmest and most fit. very interesting, i'll definitely look up the research and try your 3-3, 3-2, 3-1 system

Is there any benefit to eating breakfast and dinner, but no lunch? It's still only 2 meals a day but I know I would be breaking the fast early. I just love food early in the morning.
