WD says:

I honestly love the dedication Benoit Cosnefroy has to keeping the King of the Mountains jersey during the part of the tour where the competition for it hadn’t truly begun. There’s no way he’s gonna keep it, but you can be sure that he’s not going to regret it a bit. He was the King of the Mountains Large Hills. My favorite rider of the Tour, and I believe it’s his first one. King of the Large Hills needs to be a thing. The jersey could be red with white polka dots.

Tony Lo says:

sagan is finished now??

John Sumner says:

Jungles was way off his line, reckless and should be DQ'd! and Sagan's reign is over!

JUMBO VISMA = PEDS

Matthew Johnson says:

Come on, NBC, show the entire stages free later in the day! The whole TDF package was pretty darn overpriced. NBC would have made a ton more money if coverage for the whole 2 weeks was more reasonable, like $10-$12.

Thomas Douthat says:

Egan, eres y seguirás siendo un campeón.

doakschild says:

I wish they would throw the speed up occasionally… give us an idea of just how sick these dudes really are

C JDAPD says:

Pogachar should have gotten at least an additional second due to the time gap, there was clear daylight back to Roglic who had slowed and conceded. You can count it out loud FFS. Ridiculous.

mikemerrill175 says:

We are seeing a changing of the guard

Moon Pie says:

And Adam's brother Simon just won the Tirreno-Adriatico EOLO, ahead of Geraint Thomas.
Congrats to both Yates brothers is in order !!!

Irregular Dice Research Team says:

This could have been the worst day ever for Colombia. Higuita crashed out. Bernal and Quintana dropped in the rankings.

Rocky does it all says:

If Sagan gets a penalty then Bobby J should be DQ'ed.

Rocky does it all says:

When is there going to be a highest bunnyhop stage?

Chris Hale says:

Hey NBC Sports – I love your coverage and these highlights pieces, but it would be awesome if you didn't put the spoiler in the text descriptions.

Andrew Gammon says:

Remember when Geraint Thomas said Egan Bernal couldn't win the tour. Makes sense now.

Bruce Gelman says:

Pogaca is using jumbo

Bruce Gelman says:

Sepp Kuss should have taken the stage…oh well

Wolfgang Paco says:

28:11 Couldn't help but notice the lady to the left tripping over herself.

Corey Bartha says:

Why show the winner and give away the whole stage with your thumbnail and description, duh!!!

Moon Pie says:

What a great day of racing. Jumbo proved they are the team this year. But with that said, Pogacar winning with no team to back him up is amazing. I don't know how long Pogacar can do it alone, but he seems to be the only real threat to Roglic. Heck Tom would be right up there too if Jumbo gave him a little support too.
Bernal is done. He hasn't shown the form needed is several stages and Ineos is shattered. Glad to see Yates back in it, I'd love to see him on the podium.
