Dream Catchers says:

My question is, if I take a detox tea with stevia in the morning or a juice does it counts as breaking the fast?

Cielo Martinez says:

Question, intermiten fasting, I understand the schedule. But do we have lunch and dinner, or breakfast, lunch and dinner? Do we not eat certain foods? Do we snack?

Vikri Arevalo says:

Im a breakfast person. Dont really care about dinner. So I usually eat between 9am to 3pm. As I am doing 6/18 IF. And since I teach online at night, I really feel energized even by the time I have to teach my last class at 9pm. Then at 10pm, Im totally ready to sleep. No digestión problems or discomfort.

YOW Gyrl says:

I am following the OMAD IF. This is my third time around and this is the easiest one so far. I had started again at the start of January, then COVID and I lost my mojo. Now, I am back (and with discovering keto coffee) I don't eat until 4:30– 5 o'clock. I drink plenty of water (with a tiny pinch of salt) about 3 liters a day so that keeps me from having crazy hunger pangs. Then when I feast, I eat well and plenty. When I finish my meal I have the sense of having accomplished a truly healthy thing for my body and mind. Third time seems to be the charm.

basirat amir says:

I am doing 12-8 ….I have dropped from 118.5 kg to 111.0 kg (I check my weight after my morning run) ….. I just run for 5km approx 8k steps….and food I eat is traditional Indian like chapati and egg, rice and curry and some snacks like almonds or tea and dnr same as lunch …..but I eat small quantities

Moon Love says:

I’d like to do the 16/8 method. However, I’m a nursing student & will be going to clinical at 6:30 am-6 pm. Is it harmful if I do the intermittent eating schedule 6x a week, and for clinical days to have a normal eating schedule? Don’t want to skip breakfast when I have clinicals & 12 hr shifts.

marta ubina says:

I was wondering if an espresso shot break my fast?

Tine Næss says:

Do you lose weight faster the smaller your eating window is?

Azan Khan says:

Us Muslims are veterans at this cuz of Ramadan

Is it okay to Start 8am and end to 3 pm ?

Mkm Mm says:

I eat from 9am to 4pm, has worked super good i lost 4kg

Dreams Are Real Life says:

My eating window is 5am to 12pm. No one seems to do this.

Lee Bolton says:

So I eat from 11:00 pm until 10:00 pm. Only gained 170lbs. Not sure what the hell is going on

chewyjello1 says:

I'm a nighttime stress eater with nighttime eating syndrome. I work from 8am-5pm at an office. What has worked for me is having an eating window of 10am-6pm. This way I only eat meals that I have already carefully planned and put together for the most part and only eat at home durring the weekends. I don't have to worry about caving to snacks and unhealthy food in the evenings anymore because I don't eat in the evenings! Works great for me!

Sharani Marie says:

Hi! I've been doing intermittent fasting for weight loss and have been following the 16:8 method because I found it the easiest to stick with and works best for me. 3 months into it and I'm down 12kilos (thanks to they got me through the rough spots and what I love most is that there was no need to cut out any foods so I could still eat my cake. yup! Lol My advice would be not to restrict your foods during your window! Eat that fried chicken or those enchiladas! Just listen to your body and know when to stop. Over eating is always to culprit when it comes to weight gain.

DARLENE Cain says:

Autumn do you believe in water fasting ?

ian fraser says:

I love intermittent fasting. It's all about the hormone Insulin. I have been IF for a year and feel much healthier. Dr Jason Fungs book The Obesity Code was an eye opener. I don't count calories. Have a good weekend

latha hegde says:

amazing video! I find it really hard to skip breakfast as I need my coffee in the morning! so is 7AM- 3PM a healthy window? I do get really hungry in the evening but it's do-able

eldavi rodriguez says:

Thanks for the Video! Sorry for chiming in, I am interested in your initial thoughts. Have you considered – Dinanlinson Amazing Look Approach (Sure I saw it on Google)? It is a smashing one off product for learning how to quickly lose weight without the hard work. Ive heard some incredible things about it and my friend Sam at last got great success with it.
