Hi Alia, I followed your videos when I breastfed my son in 2018 and it was like you were with me the whole time! What a journey! I am breastfeeding my daughter now, and being a bit more mindful about what I eat/snack as well as managing my weight. Do you have any recommendations on snacks? I figured I need four snacks to keep my supply (10am, 3pm, 10pm, 3am). Would love to hear your thoughts!

That’s interesting about to much water decreasing supply! I’ve noticed that if I have to much it does seem to decrease. Such a fine balance!

You have no idea how perfect timing this video is. My daughter is six months old and I’ve been pumping for her since the beginning…no matter what I do I’m constantly STARVING. Like super super hungry all day long. And now I’m insecure because I’ve gained weight. I’ve been searching all week for ways to lose weight while breastfeeding, and then you posted this video!!
