I have line artefacts problem in GigaPixel AI. To avoid it, turn off discrete GPU and just use CPU processing.

You should read all the comments about AiGiga Pixel. I use this softrware and have not seen the issue you demonstrated. Good effort though – even if I didn't agree with all your judgements. I have found in some cases AiGigaPixel is pretty amazing.
