What a Fab video, we really can't trust the brands can we, it is incredible how unhealthy the so call diet foods are. On the subject of hunger control you are absolutely bag on this talks directly to hormonal balance if we you nutritional techniques to balance our hormones we will be able to manage our hunger and hence reduce our over eating!
