You know some of these Negative answers is not helpful what’s helpful especially people who are up in age who put on pounds over the years unfortunately it’s much harder to just diet and exercise because some have not found what works for them exercise wise we definitely need to eat less and eat good but the older you are the harder it is to lose your metabolism slows down so encouragement is a much better way to get through to people who are obese. Myself I have found that swimming is way to go when you have such health issues. I imagine mostly you people are young they are throwing out these negative comments.
