President Rodrigo Duterte has finally named his bets for the House Speakership race - Taguig-Pateros Representative Alan Peter Cayetano. He will share the post with Marinduque Rep. Lord Allan Velasco. Cayetano gets 15 months as the top House leader, followed by Velasco who would sit for 21 months.
