Goliath grouper is a protected species. FWC rules stipulate that harvest
and posession of Goliath Grouper is prohibited. Goliath Grouper that
are caught but immediately returned to the water free, alive and
unharmed are not harvested. The taking of photographs after removal of
hooks and posing for pictures with Goliath Grouper is not considered an
immediately release of the fish. So, you should NOT remove a Goliath
Grouper from the water to take pictures. If you want pictures, take them
with the fish still in the water.

Should be nice to see somebody catch you with a hook sometimes.
The reason the shark attacked the boat is because Bull Sharks have a sensory organ called Ampulle of Lorenzenne that senses metallic waves that emit from fish blood. It attacked it because these poor sharks aren’t used to humans polluting the ocean. On the timeline of the Earth, we have been here for less than a blink. We need to help these sharks and not pollute the Earth.
