I lost 6lbs in 4 days 1 big meal a day my eat time only is 6pm-8pm I feel like I have self control and my body don’t control me anymore when I see food this was amazing and I’m still going this is going to be a life style for me I found so many delicious meals I also been meal prepping ahead of time. My 2nd day was tuff and I was weak but my 3 day I felt like I had a surge of energy

MY Strengths and Weaknesses says:

to much suger and carbs… if you eat more fats you won't be as hungry.. I do 5 24 hour fasts a week and I eat keto with really fatty meats at about 2000+ calories at a time for my one meal and I'm still losing a ton weight.

Hi! I don’t know about the “one meal a day method of eating, but about one gallon of water a day, I think that is not a good thing….I will send you a video that explains why. Just drink water whenever you are thisty, that’s when your body truly needs it, otherwise you will dehidrate yourself.

This is good and all. However I feel like you are still having to much carbs, try replacing the extra carbs with protein. Like extra eggs instead of the carbs.
