Swimming, HBOT, and PEMF help me the most. Swimming is critical in my opinion, the difference in the temperature of the water helps offset the pain signals for me. Also, it's good to get the area of pain moving. Being nearly gravity free in water makes that possible. Many chronic pain suffers hurt to much to move and as a result, their fitness declines; making matters worse.

also have you heard of Feldenkrais therapy? it really works for me.
