can you draw my character he's a male japanese with like a spikey hair but i made this character with like powers, he has a skeletal arm with blue fire and this is like almost like the near future time he has brown hair and tuqious eyes and jacket with one sleeve cut to show his skeletal arm. By law, wouldn't the characters then become the intellectual property of whyt manga, if he were to design them. From my understanding they become the artist who created them.
