A university professor is using the poisoning of former Russian spy Sergei Skripal and his daughter Yulia as a case study in what he says are Western disinformation campaigns targeting Russia. Professor Andrey Manoilo teaches his students that all the evidence pointing to Russian involvement — whether it was released by British police or uncovered by journalists — is part of a Western offensive.
