No in pakistan i saw stage 4 breast cancer females if it spreads to lungs & liver, they are sent to home from hospital and women die within 6 to 7 months due to heart attack (failure),even in stage 2 cancer patients are not admitted to hospital and ask them to go home with family and come for chemotherapy!
