Hi JZ Helps. I’ve been looking at all you’re videos they are awesome! I have a few questions, Ik the laws are different from Florida but I live in California and I got rear ended. I also got transported in a ambulance and went to the hospital and got a MRI done , I got a 4 diffused disc bulged all 0.1 to 0.2cm and one L5-S1 0.5 cm diffused disc bulged as well as facent joint and ligaments flavum hypertrophy and mild to moderate canal stenosis, as well mild to moderate neuroforaminal stenosis, it hurts very bad! I hardly can stand for 3 mins then I have to sit it lay down for my pain to go away, I’ve had therapy but that didn’t work! how long will this case be and what do i do and what would be my Settlement? Thank you!

if i sell a eight year old legal fireworks and he sets some off that scared an elderly women driving to then crash her car into a street light .then the street light falls on top of a police car that happens to be rushing to a call of a bank robbery in progress…and the bank robber gets away…would i be held liable in the state of florida for selling the legal firework to the kid?
