It shocks me that you built on empire on a weight loss journey that took all these detours before coming to a lifestyle that would be totally natural if processed foods and sugars didn't exist, and people did not eat so much eat and dairy. It's startlingly easy to maintain a healthy weight for the most part: eat whole foods, preferably foods that are either fruits, nuts, seeds, or other plants; eat no sugar that doesn't come from whole fruit; exercise. It's actually that simple.
I’ve been IF for 10 days now. I’m losing control during my feeding window which is really depressing me. I have the appetite of two teenage boys! I don’t know if I’m PMS or I’m stressed. I only get about 3-4 hours a week because I have a five month old I’m breastfeeding. What can I do to keep going? I’m so depressed it’s making me say forget it!!

I feel like none of these videos take into account being a college student though. I'm in a dorm that doesn't have a kitchen and requires students to be on the meal plan. With set dining hall hours, and the fact that I feel disruptive eating in class, it's just not feasible to eat when you're hungry and stop when you're full, knowing there will be a specific x-hours before you can eat again.
I mean, I totally agree with what you say, I just don't really see how I can implement this without spending a lot of time or money prepping extra and going out of my way at the expense of meeting times or hw or whatnot to accommodate for a non-set-scheduled-eating-routine.
My goals….but suck at self displine…hoooo
