You NEED sodium but also a good sodium to potassium ratio, I wouldn't try to avoid sodium just eat more bananas or whatever for potassium

For the dipping sauces in the chick fil a clip you don't have the honey roasted bbq. It's one of the best. Might be worse than the others but I wanted to let you know so you can explore all your options. Also try the grilled nuggets mixed into the side salad and use the hrb I mentioned above instead of dressing yuuum. Lol btw the c is missing because cows can't spell. I work at CFA

I like this video — thank you for sharing. I appreciate you list more than just calories, though I think it is telling when one reviews the options you've listed just how much sodium any of these items might carry — some bear nearly the daily recommended allowance. I do wish you'd've broken down fat-content specifically as saturated versus unsaturated, however the overall segment, again, I enjoyed.

Your a life saver I took my family to McDonald’s the other day and I sat there in agony watching my brother and wife eat there Big Macs and mcnuggets lol because I didn’t think there was anything low calorie on the menu , this truly helps . Thank you .
