Do you think if you just fasted during the week but ate a keto breakfast on the weekend, that it would be bad for losing weight? I know I seem to be able to fast during the week but have a hard time on the weekend.

Why can't the primary fsating hours be counted as when you are sleeping. If you start with 8 hours, you could probably eat breakfast at a normal time frame. Also, I suggest liquid Splenda or Stevia…it does not spike the Insulin the way either of their granulated versions have the potential of doing.
