Good food prep hack, I'm a bit concerned leaving the cooked fish and chicken in the fridge for seven days. I'm not convinced it will still be ok to eat ? Can you con firm this please. If so brilliant idea.

I started this diet this week. I spent in Whole Foods more than 100 bucks. I already had at home some main items as chicken, oatmeal, quinoa, chia, Brown rice, almonds, etc. The rest of the ingredientes such as vegetables, fruits, salmon, had to get them.
Question: can I substitute the yogurt for almond milk? And also, I bought yellowfin tuna to bake it when I don’t want to eat salmon or chicken. Is it good?

By the way, I make right away the salmon when I’m going to eat it and the salad for lunch too. The oatmeal the night before. I don’t want to eat some things that have been in the fridge for couple of days and don’t like to freeze them. I have some time to do these things before eating.
