You did well and I saw one of your videos before I started IF a week now. We just had celebrated Thanksgiving here and I still was able to do my 16/8… you should try original rice cakes with peanut butter lol it’s really good as a snack, keep it up

Hi,, You look great..Congrats..for your weight loss…I just want to say that I did lose throughout my life but I would gain it all back until I went Vegan. I haven't been vegan but only over 2 1/2 years & I'm doing great…I don't have trouble with constipation..which I had when I ate any animal products..If you could research Dr. McDougall Plant Pure off of FB or just google it…It is much easier to keep the weight down when you just eat plants & no animal products at all. Hi! Thanks for the video. I am now on my 30th day of IF. So far I have lost 9 lbs, no exercise except for walking and cleaning my 2 story house, the garage and the yards, front and back. I have a problem, for the past week work has been hectic. The only time I can eat is before and after work. I don't eat lunch now, even if I want to I still feel full bec I eat breakfast now. So by the time I get home around 6 pm, I feel so hungry. Is this still IF? I feel bad.
