A couple years ago I was diagnosed with a serious spinal injury. I was told after an x-ray that I had a fractured vertebrae and several herniated discs. For anyone who has had an injury like this you know how painful back pain can be and believe me it is still fresh in my mind and I just had to make this video knowing where I’ve been and how far I’ve come. Back pain can be debilitating and putting your body into these “uncommon” positions can not only rehydrate the discs but also realign vertebrae over time to their natural position. I will be following this video up with some more advanced movements like stretches and exercises to strengthen muscles that can take pressure away from your spine.

thanks for the upload!
Did going vegan also help with your pain? I am wanting to transition to a anti inflammatory diet.
Great info I will need to use regularly
