there is a dump of Garbage near my area what shud we do EAT it or will any person from municipality will take effort to get trucks and pic it up… This shows that now goverment is putting their hands up on swatch Bharat and putting responsibility on Citizens…
Then in this case Government shud provide each home with swatch Bharat pay check instead of deducting in Taxes..

Shit just got real… it's sad how we are teaching your countrymen about cleanliness.
govt. says keep India clean, when travelling don't litter trains and buses but you can't even find a dustbin inside a train compartment or the buses. Day before yesterday I was travelling through train and had to put all wrappers and other litter inside my bag but when that bag got full I was forced to throw it at the Railway track. It is not enough just to say "make India swachh" and blaming only public government should play a more active role otherwise it is just words.
