On YouTube there is a show from England called super size v super skinny. They have an over weight person and too skinny person go to a weight loss clinic and trade diets for a few days. There is a doctor who helps both and I enjoy it. Try it out

I got here late and have been watching and listening. Sorry I didn't feel like participating in comments. I'm still having issues with shingles. Haven't been feeling well at all today. My 600 pound life, I believe that it represents struggles , they haven't change their minds about food.. never felt good that there was a success . Lots of issues with these individuals. I found it sad.

I agree about Extreme Makeover, it is a great show!
Totally agree w/ Rob about the BL, specifically about Jillian and the mental game. She really does seem to care about getting to the root of the problem. I can't watch the show anymore but I do enjoy her podcast and the great advice she gives and tips and tricks.
I love the Biggest Loser but I think losing that amount of weight in a week is crazy!
I think the biggest loser is an opportunity and its motivating, yet it isnt reality for most people to give up three months of their lives .. be off work n all
I love watching the weight loss shows but my husband hates for me to watch them because he says they upset me, make me sad, etc., but I don't think they make me upset
