Remembering to take your oral chemo at the right time of day is not as easy as it sounds, especially if you have an active life. Take your pill at the same time every day. You can set a reminder through your smartphone. You can use a printed wall calendar to write down the pills you are taking on the days you must take them. Ask a friend or family member to give you friendly reminders. Leave your pill bottle next to something you do every day, as long as it is out of the reach of children or pets.
