Thanks! Share it with your friends!
I feel ya!! I'm so hungry all the time with breastfeeding, (my baby is the same age as yours) and in January I started running on my treadmill 4-5 times a week since your not suppose to diet when breastfeeding I started making healthier choices with food. I'm not sure how much weight I lost after a few months bc I refuse to step on a scale but I saw results in my comparison photos. But I feel I hit a wall with weight loss and your advice about eating slower makes sense! I feel I'm always shoveling food in my mouth bc I'm so busy with the baby and my other kids (which is funny bc I have a soon to be 9 year old going into 4th and a 5 year old going to be 6 in October but I also have an almost 3 year old too 🙂 ) I would love to lose at least 10-15 more pounds so we will give this eating slower thing a try! 🙂
I'm glad you made this vlog. Right after I had Liam I dropped 20 pounds within the first few days. Now Liam is 15 months and still nursing and I'm always hungry. I can't seem to lose the the last 10 pounds to get back to pre pregnancy size. Everyone always says breastfeeding helps you lose weight quickly and that's just not true for me.
I make my coffee in a travel flask so it stays hot
I'm so glad you're losing your weight!! I'm 10 weeks pp, and I have 10 stubborn pounds that just won't come off! I'm EBF, but I heard that nursing can help you lose weight?
I find it to be so hard to lose weight while nursing. On top of that Kendrick still has a slight tongue tie. So when we go to his ENT appointment on the 23rd for his ears I am going to ask them about correcting it. For the last month or two he has been nursing like 14 times in 24 hours. I just started offering him more water because of it. He only goes through 3-4 wet diapers in 24 hours. I thought it was because of the diet but it may just be I have a low supply since he is tongue tied yet again. When I do lose decide I am ready to start weight loss I will sure let you know. Congrats on losing. always a plus. :)
