I've been doing the fastdiet for a week now, where you eat normal, but two days a week you eat 500 calories. I like what you are doing better, so I'm going to try it out. Thanks for the info!!!

I used to eat only one meal per day when I was in High School and lost an incredible amount of weight. I went from 226 pounds to 160 pounds in less than 6 months. For those of you wondering if it causes weight gain if you later decide to incorporate more meals, you won't gain weight as long as you eat a reasonable amount of calories throughout the day. I reintroduced more meals after the weight loss maintaining my calories reasonable and haven't gained any weight since my achievement 9 years ago. I didn't know by then what Intermmitent Fasting was all about and didn't know about it, simply made sense to me that if what matters is the amount of calories we eat, as long as you burn more than we consume, we'll burn fat. No matter if you eat them all at once or divided. I simply feel better having one meal since it allows me to eat until completely full and satisfied, something is impossible to achieve by having small portions throughout the day. I recommend to not do it permanently though, since it can increase the risk of gallstones. Remember, gallbladder needs to empty constantly to clean itself and if you don't stimulate it that much, gallstones start forming. I'm a doctor, any doubts please ask. Good luck everyone!!

Just google Fat Blast Furnace and you'll find out why certain foods 'explode' in your stomach.

It would be a shame for you not to burn fat when normal people shed pounds  easily using Fat Blast Furnace (check it out on Google).
