I’ve been doing intermittent fasting for a few months now and have had great success with it! I watched some videos by the Hodgetwins on it and it made me want to try it out. In this video I share my tips & tricks on how to incorporate it into your life. Remember, intermittent fasting isn’t a diet. It is an eating pattern that can aid in fat loss.

Nice video!! I've done #IF  on & off for about 4 or 5 years. Right now, I'm trying to fit even more food in, so I've stopped it for a while but yea, it cuts my belly fat like nothing else! It also has taught me SUCH self control over food & to see it just as fuel. Wonderful job :)

I think IF is great especially the 16/8 window but personally I love eating every 2-3 hours. I tried both 2-3 hour and IF and I find myself to love food too much to do IF 🙂 But I agree IF is great for weight loss! Great Video Jen!

Thanks for this video! I've been reading up on IF for awhile as well as watching YT vids. The bulk of those vids were from men so it's great to get a female perspective.

I tried IF to break a plateau and it worked! Now, my question is, do you IF on your heavy weight training days? I read that this method isn't ideal if you're doing an intense weight training program. Thanks!

Excellent advice. I tried it and jumped in way too rapidly and my body responded by plateauing. I'm going to restart next week with two days and then increase as the month progresses! Thanks!
