For thousands of years, games and puzzles have been an enjoyable and rewarding aspect of human civilization. They tease our brains. They challenge our memories. They strengthen our competitive skills. And whether it’s chess, poker, or Sudoku, most games have this in common: Everything you need to win is rooted in mathematics.

I was at Reno, when I walked up to one of the  roulette table a guy just made a bundle of money, was collecting his chips than walked away. Watched the game, than 10 minutes later the same guy came back and put a bunch of chips on a number.Jackpot! He won again, grabbed his winning and walked away. Even the dealer made a comment loudly, said  – Son of a bitch, he just made $1500 again!Never seen the guy again!

Wow. That's…pretty cool actually. I remember one time my older sister was drunk and decided to play roulette. She asked me to pick a number so I said 9. She bet $20 only #9 and some fucking how the ball landed on 9 and she walked out with a boatload of money.

John Ulutunu says:

+Laatikkomafia that's pretty much a martingale progression betting system. In the long run it doesnt work because you're betting more and more money, just to break even and earn a small profit. It can work short term but remember that no number or colour is 'due'. Past events in roulette doesnt affect the future… unlike blackjack. Also, casino's have limits on how much you can bet and you need a big bankroll to try and make any betting system work (but they dont). I will say that roulette is beatable though, on a REAL wheel.

Laatikkomafia says:

My system for easy money in roulette:

Bet 1$ for red. If red comes, you win 1$. If you lose, you lose 1$.
Whenever you lose, double the bet.
Whenever you win, start from 1$.

The odds of red is not 50-50, but quite close. So in the long run, you will eventually get one red.

Example:

Black-black-black-black-black-RED

-1$-2$-4$-8$-16$+32$ = -31$+32$ = 1$.

So every time you get a red, you win 1 dollar. Even if the odds of hitting a red WOULD be only 2/5, you would PROFIT 4$ for 10 spins on average.

If you see 60 spins in an hour, you will PROFIT 4$*6=24$ per hour. With starting bets of 2$, you will PROFIT 48€ per hour.

Jim Razen says:

A 71% chance of winning on each and every spin for American Roulette that I came up with if you follow this:

1. Split the wheel in half. I use the 0 and 00 to split it and I use the half that contains 17 & 20

2. Playing with a $100-$200 bank roll place a $1 bet on each of the 9 black numbers in the half you choose. In my case
I bet $1 on 11,13,15,17,20,22,24,26,28 which equals $9

3. Place a $10 bet on red. Now you have a total of $19 out on the table and 27 of the 38 numbers covered…

How it works:
The ball is spun and if it lands on one of your 9 black numbers you win $35. Now take away the $10 bet on red and the other $8 on the table so you get $35-$18=$17 so you just made $17 on that spin. Now, if the ball lands on any red number you win $10. Now take away the $9 on the table and you are left with a $1 win. So you are up $1 on that spin. The only way you will lose is if the black numbers on the opposite side of the wheel or 0, 00 come out.

In short, if the ball lands on one of the 27 out of the 38 numbers you bet on you will overall win at least $1. (Remember you bet on 9 black numbers plus the $10 red bet covers all 18 red numbers)

27 numbers bet on /38 numbers on the wheel =71.05% of winning.

(You can use any half of the wheel you want to as long as you are betting on 9 numbers and on the opposite color for your $10 red/black bet)

Will you break the bank with this, Not unless you are betting heavy. I'm talking $25-$50 instead of $1 … but you can walk away with a few hundred bucks with a little luck following this strategy. Last time I played I was in Atlantic City at Harrah's and won $538 in about an hour. The most I won was $2,100 at the Borgata but I used $2 and $20 bets instead of $1 an $10 over about 2 1/2 hours.

Good Luck, let me know how you do.
