This gorgeous 600-square-foot condo is small on space but big on design. Designer Ashley Davidson of Ashley Davidson Design shares how she created a relaxed, airy and bright interior. See how she enhanced the condo’s exposed brick walls and large windows with a cozy, neutral palette to create the perfect rental home for a young professional.
Ashley incorporated hardworking furniture to maximize space, like a glass-top dining table that doesn’t take up too much room, and a sectional sofa that can hold a number of people for when the homeowner entertains. The homeowner recently moved back from London, England, so Ashley incorporated pieces like globes and British books to make the space feel personalized, even though it’s a rental unit. Watch the video to tour the home and get small space decorating tips!
How much did the decor/renovation cost in total?

l love this place!! I'll love to find out how big is the sofa & where can I get it.
What a gorgeous space. I truly love it and consider it to be my sort of style as well. Where is the sofa from? It would be very helpful if you listed sources. The coffee table I know is from West Elm as I've seen it before. Again, beautiful use of space.
I think I saw this place on Instagram. It's very nice. Love the colors.
Great! I would totally live there!
