Jamie Oliver taught us to squeeze your lemons over your other hand and just filter the seeds with your fingers while letting the juice slip thru. its foolproof and speeds your prep a bit…nice vid btw

screw the gloves just wash your hands with antibacterial soap a few times and wipe everything down with Lysol wipes when your done and it'll be fine
