The Sony and Boligreisen sites are actually pretty simple: you have a video (or more of them) that is controlled by scrolling (JS). It looks good – but most of the work was done making the video, not the site itself.
Wow, some of these websites are absolute shit. Sure they may look pretty and trendy but you're going to lose 99% of the people who visit it.
