Your beautiful…dont be so hard on yourself! I suffer from the same issues. Much love❤

Deborah Allen says:

How did your surgery fail. Did you do what the medical team told you to do. That is not plus size. Those are regular sized clothes. You’re looking at size wrong. What size were you before surgery? How tall are you? Get to the size you feel comfortable with. Forget other people. Does your program have a psychological component in it. That would help you tremendously.

Vanessa Gomez says:

Okay I went through the process 6 months of weight loss and so forth and so forth it's been a year now I was approved for the surgery now I've been waiting for a surgery date for 2 months and still yet they tell me I need to wait for the phone call how long does it really take to go have surgery

Deborah Allen says:

Follow the plan you’re doctors set for you. You lost half a person. You are going to have loose skin, why did you think this would give you a perfect body. The surgery is to get healthy and able to do things you couldn’t before. If you were vain enough to do this for looks, you will be disappointed.

Annena Enriquez says:

You not fat

Vida Stubbs says:

Thanks for making this video. I'm 4 years out, so I understand. This is a personal journey for everyone. I loss over 100 pounds. I went from a size 24 to size 4/6 at 5'9, but feel as if I'm STILL a size 24 when I look in the mirror. We have to start learning to love ourself. I'm an emotional eater, which now turned to drinking at times. THANK  YOU for sharing. Please don't be so hard on yourself. LOVE yourself and the person you want to become and/or the person you are right now. Please let me know if I can help and give advice. I think I've done everything a WL patience shouldn't do. I've been blessed that I haven't gained any weight, but I'm always in the gym and watching EVERYTHING I eat to the point it's not healthy. TAKE CARE xoxo

Lisa W. says:

I compare myself to different people as well. I started off doing great I went from a 22/24 to a 16 and from a 2xl to a large shirt but now that I'm in onderland I can't get past 189. It's like my body is tell me no you won't lose anymore weight. Meanwhile, I am only 17 weeks post off so may be I just need to chill and give it some time.

Hairmommy1 says:

Thank you so much for this video. I am 7 months post vsg and I feel like I haven’t lost enough and sometimes I am so unhappy with the way my body looks. I feel like I am more depressed now than before. I don’t know why I thought I would loose weight and have a tight fit looking body.

Tamisha Anthony says:

I can't imagine how you are feeling, but I just had rny and there aren't many people to watch as most had vsg. You are so inspiring. Please know that.

Dominique Katour says:

I’m actually going to talk to MY DOCTOR tomorrow about the surgery I’m happy I watched his video your words were very transparent and real I was scared at first but now I just really want to be healthy by the way you look amazing

Madame Jossel says:

Rollison Wedding says:

At my highest, I weighed 375. I’m 5’9”. Over the last four years, I’ve gradually lost some of the weight. October 2017, I decided to get serious about weight loss. I’m now 265. For the last two months, I’ve been struggling and actually putting weight back on. My weight loss has been natural so I have nothing stopping me from overeating. It’s an ongoing struggle and I think it will be for the rest of my life. I will hit my goal of 190. But fear has set it. I’m afraid of failure. And afraid of success. Right now I just feel stuck. Thank you for this video.

QueenbeeJudith says:

OMG I thought I was the only one feeling like this. I have the same goal weight but I think I'm shorter than you so you would definitely look slimmer than me. I look at myself in the mirror and think my face is too slim. You have such beautiful full cheeks but I just look old to me. I'm glad I am not alone in this but wish we all could get the results we were hoping for. I've been stalled at 202 for more than six months and was told I have to workout more but with a bad knee it's hard. It you could do a video showing your workout routine I would really appreciate it. Hugs from DC.
