Brandy Abdelaziz says:

I’m so bummed I’ve gained so much weight. My baby is 6 months old. I stopped breastfeeding right away bc he was in the hospital for a while. So I’ve been eating horrible. Like one onion bagel with cream cheese, ham n Swiss cheese in the morning. I’m like addicted to eating that. I need to do something. Any suggestions? I don’t eat that much through the day and I have 3 kids. This is the heaviest I’ve ever been tho and I’m miserable.

Anna Ketner says:

I'm 3 weeks postpartum and I already have lost 35-40 pounds I'm about 200 pounds now buy my weight before I was pregnant is 160. In June we have a vacation o. Denver and I really want to feel good it's awful that it's winter right now and I should be going back to work in March. I move constantly at home like normal activities.

Katalyn C. says:

At what week did you begin your workout? I am 2 weeks post and am down from 167 to 145. I have no more pain or discomfort, although I know I"m not at 100% obviously. I am breastfeeding and have always been active. Normal weight is 130. Just curious when you started because I feel ready to do some yoga and walking at least but of course everyone keeps giving me the standard wait 6 weeks response.

Mira Fields says:

I'm breastfeeding and I'm up to my fifth month. Didn't lose any weight, gained some actually and i workout. It's my fourth child and every time I only lose the weight when I finish breastfeeding. That is when my cravings finally dissappear. And permit myself to go crazy with dieting. Patience is necessary in my case!!

Archana Singh says:

If already 3month went then what you suggest?

Bhavini Zaveri says:

I breastfeed yet not losing weight. Why so

emilyloren says:

Thank you for this video! I am currently 30 weeks pregnant with my first baby and the weight gain is awful. I’m so not use to carrying all the extra weight around and this so isn’t me! Thanks for the tips and giving me the extra push to get my body back! You look amazing btw! ♥️

Lulu Munoz says:

I breast feed and I still haven't lost weight

Amanda Ponder says:

Totally depends on ones body type. And breastfeeding doesn't help everyone lose… I've been breastfeeding 7 months and still at my post birth weight (granted I'm not dieting or exercising). My cravings are still like I'm pregnant. I'm not a thin slim built person though. And this was my 3rd. Just for anyone out there reading this don't think you'll have her results necessarily.. There are many factors.

Tia Yang says:

Thanks for sharing, Dano! I had a baby 2 months ago and naturally lost most of the weight. I have 5 lbs left and it's not coming off so I think that's actual weight I gained from eating bad foods I craved while pregnant. Sounds like you didn't do much at all, most of the things I'm currently doing. You probably just have great genes!

John Quezon says:

Keena The Poet says:

I love that you made it sound so simple! Because I am fairly active (before and during my pregnancy) and i plan on getting back down to my normal size right after I have my baby also! Everyone makes it seem like its almost impossible. But you gave me hope. My plan pretty much consists of the same things you did (breast feeding, and going back to my normal exercise routine). THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH

Keena The Poet says:

aw mannnn, not the juice and cereal =/

LovedHappy says:

Mohd Sarfaraz Ansari says:

When it comes to eating healthy, you have to try not to fall victim to modern fad diet plans. Extreme diets are a danger for your health, especially ones that seriously restrict your daily nutritionary intake. While they may generate quick weight loss, these diet plans are never a long-term answer for your waistline. You should check out Fenoboci Diet Plan on the internet since it is not just another fad diet where you starve yourself.
