I Tried Intermittent Fasting for the first time. I did the 16:8 method for 12 days and documented my results. Hopefully my tips will help you be successful as well!

No special pills or shakes or anything was used! Just IF and calorie counting!

(Disclaimer: I had a tummy tuck in 2014, but as you can see I still gain lots of weight around my waist)

I do it differently.. and I’m also vegan. I do 8/ 16… eat for eight hours then fast for 16. The hours can be what ever you choose. Mine are 6am to 2 pm which are my work hours. After that window closes i do not consume any more food. It’s perfect. I work out five times a week.

Make sure you take a good multivitamin/multimineral supplement. In addition, take some immune boosters so that you won't be catching any bacterial or viral nasties while your fasting. Stay hydrated by drinking a lot of water. Here are some webs to check out:
