22 days now. My body still feels like it's being electrocuted. This 'pain' is almost unbareble. My skin and my complection are getting better day by day. I even think my hair looks better hahaha. I experience increased appetite. have gained some weight but nothing I can't handle. I saved about 120 euro's i would have normally spend on cigarettes. I haven't drunk any alcohol because that will lead to smoking more easily and Im not risking that. Im dizzy from time to time. I forget things, and i day dream a lot and get find the right words now and again. Very odd sensation. I'vr read the physical addiction is gone after a week, and since im on three weeks, now, I should feel only psychological effects. This is the hardest thing I have ever done in my life. This is my 40th attempt or so. But never have i reached 22 days. Usually i begin after two or three days or something. I wonder when it get's easier. shouldnt it be easier by now. It's still as hard as it was in the first week.
